Why we exist
In 2025, over 67,000 Pakistani pilgrims could not perform Hajj due to the private-operator crisis. Families lost savings. Trust was broken.
That's why we verify every operator and guide every step.

Short answers to the questions pilgrims ask us most.
Do I need a Nusuk permit to enter the Haram?
Yes. A valid visa alone is not enough - Haram entry and Rawdah visits require a permit booked through the official Nusuk platform.
Can I perform Umrah on a tourist visa?
Yes. Saudi Arabia allows Umrah on eligible tourist visas, but you still need to book an Umrah permit in Nusuk before entering the Haram.
How do Pakistanis apply for Hajj now?
Through the Ministry of Religious Affairs (MoRA) government scheme or a MoRA-licensed private operator. Always confirm the operator's license number.
Are you a travel agency?
No. Nidaul Khaleel is an educational and training platform. We never take payments for packages, visas, or permits.
Which documents do I need before booking?
A machine-readable passport valid at least six months, your CNIC or NICOP, vaccination records, and passport-standard photographs.
Official portals
We never take payments or issue permits. Every booking happens on the official platform - these are the only ones you need.
