What we are, and what we are not

Nidaul Khaleel is an independent educational platform that explains Hajj and Umrah procedures, documents and rituals to Pakistani pilgrims. We are not a registrar, not a travel agent, and not a licensed Hajj or Umrah operator.

• We do not process registrations, applications, visas or permits.
• We do not collect any payment, fee or sacrifice (dam) money on your behalf.
• We do not sell packages, flights or hotels.
• We do not guarantee quota, balloting results or seats.

All official actions happen on official portals

Every Pakistan-side registration and scheme action happens on the Ministry of Religious Affairs (mora.gov.pk) and its designated banks. Every Saudi-side action - Umrah visa, permits, Rawdah booking, package purchase - happens on Nusuk (nusuk.sa). Our pages only explain the process and hand you off to the correct official page.

No government affiliation

We are not affiliated with, partnered with, or endorsed by the Ministry of Religious Affairs, the Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, Nusuk, NADRA or the Directorate General of Immigration & Passports. Official names and links are used only for identification and guidance.

Operator listings are referrals, not endorsements

We check licence records for operators in our directory, but a listing is not an endorsement, recommendation or guarantee of service quality. Verify an operator's licence with MoRA yourself before paying, insist on a written contract, and keep your receipts. We are not a party to - and not liable for - any dealing or dispute between you and an operator.

Religious content

Rituals, duas and rulings are presented for educational guidance. Rulings can differ between schools of fiqh and personal circumstances. For a binding ruling on your own case, consult a qualified scholar or mufti. Book passages are reproduced with attribution from Jab Qafilay Haram Ko Chalay.

Health and vaccinations

Health, vaccination and fitness information is general education, not medical advice. Consult your doctor or an authorised vaccination centre and confirm current requirements before travelling.

Accuracy of information

Rules, fees, quotas and portal steps change every season - sometimes within weeks. We work to keep content current, but we cannot guarantee accuracy or timeliness. Always confirm decisive details on the official portal.

Never send us sensitive details

We never ask for passport scans, CNIC copies, bank or card details, or your Nusuk/MoRA passwords through this website. If anyone requests these in our name, it is not Nidaul Khaleel.

Limitation of liability

We are not liable for any loss, delay, rejected application, financial loss or travel disruption arising from acting on this site's content. Final responsibility for your travel, payments and documents rests with you and the licensed operator you choose.
