What data we collect

• Contact form: your name, email or phone, and your message.
• Workshop signups: your name, contact number or email, and the workshop chosen.
• Account (if you create one): your email and a securely hashed password.
• Language preference (Urdu/English) stored in your browser.
• Basic analytics: page views, referrer and device type, in aggregate.

What we never ask for

We never ask for passport scans, CNIC copies, bank or card details, or your Nusuk/MoRA login passwords on this website. Please do not include such details in any form.

How form data is used

Contact messages are used only to answer your question. Workshop signups are used only to confirm your seat and send details for that workshop. We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not share it with advertising networks.

Analytics and cookies

We use aggregate analytics to learn which guidance pages help pilgrims. This data is not used to identify individuals. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies - only essential storage (language preference, login session).

Where data is stored

Form submissions are stored in our managed cloud database with strict row-level access rules: submissions can be inserted but not read publicly. Only authorised team members can view messages.

How long we keep data

Contact messages are typically kept for up to 24 months after we reply; workshop signups for up to 12 months after that season ends. After that they are deleted.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time - write to us via the contact page using the same email or number you submitted. You can also ask us to stop sending workshop updates.

Third parties

External official portals (mora.gov.pk, nusuk.sa, nadra.gov.pk, dgip.gov.pk) and our WhatsApp community links have their own privacy policies. Once you leave our site, their rules apply to your data.

Children

This site is intended for adult pilgrims. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes and contact

Any change to this policy will appear on this page. Send privacy questions or deletion requests through the contact page.
