The Hajj visa is strictly for Hajj - not for Umrah or tourism. The visa and the Nusuk Hajj permit work together.
How does a Pakistani pilgrim obtain the Hajj visa?
For Pakistanis, the Hajj visa is issued through Nusuk either via MoRA's official scheme or a licensed private HGO. The typical order: MoRA registration and balloting to fee payment to medical and vaccinations to biometrics to Nusuk account and Hajj permit to the Hajj visa is issued on your passport. The Hajj visa is valid only for the Hajj window, and access to the holy sites is authorised via the Nusuk permit QR.

1. Complete MoRA registration
Register and pay via MoRA - either under the government scheme or a MoRA-licensed HGO.

2. Medical clearance and vaccinations
Get Meningitis ACWY, Polio, and other required shots, and keep your Yellow Card. Proof is mandatory for the Hajj visa.

3. Create your Nusuk account
Register as a Visitor on nusuk.sa. Provide your passport, photo, and contact details.

4. Apply for the Hajj permit
In the Nusuk Hajj section, apply for the permit. Your Mashair package is linked through your operator / MoRA scheme.

5. Biometrics and visa issuance
Complete biometrics at the designated VFS / visa centres in Pakistan; the e-visa is linked to your passport via Nusuk.

6. Download your Hajj permit QR
Download the permit QR from the Nusuk app. Entry gates (Mina, Arafat, Muzdalifah, Haram) scan this QR.
