Both IDs appear in the Pak Hajj app, on hajjinfo.mora.gov.pk, and in your registered email / SMS.

    As soon as you submit the application, the Pak Hajj app / portal shows your Tracking ID and MoRA also sends it via SMS and email.

    2. How the Group ID is issued

    If you chose a family group, MoRA issues a separate Group ID alongside the group leader's Tracking ID. Every other member's Tracking ID is linked to this Group ID.

    Keep them on paper, in an encrypted note on your phone, and shared with at least one other family member. If your phone is lost, you still have a backup.

    Fee challans, balloting results, training sessions, visa issuance, flight assignments, Makkah/Madinah accommodation, and Mashair transport - every step asks for your Tracking / Group ID.
